I hold a Bachelor of Science in Biopsychology, Cognition, and Neuroscience from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor. Working someplace within the Psychological field has been my career goal since high school. My strongest area of tutoring lies in helping prepare students to score well on standardized admissions examinations. Based on my own successful experience with test prep tutors with both the ACT and SAT tests, I acquired a valuable cache of tips and information. I hope to share what I have learned to help my clients excel. I have had success tutoring in numerous IB subjects, as well as standardized test prep for the SAT and ACT. I am also adept at tutoring students in the social sciences including psychology. I am a passionate teacher who strives to get my students as enthused as I am about their discipline. I stress practice because I believe it's an important part of success. One my favorite teaching experiences is seeing the light of understanding go on in my pupil's head. When I have free time, I spend it reading, cooking, playing the guitar, and listening to music.
